Sharing feedback is also one of the strong points in client relations. Over and above this personalised supervision, the Group’s specialists give various technical and technological training courses in order to help their clients and the technical sales teams in their development.
Audits of livestock farms
In order to provide specific answers to each animal nutrition and health issue, the Group’s specialists go out to meet their clients and visit their farms, in France and worldwide. They rely on the thorough zootechnical knowledge and the various livestock tracking and performance analysis tools developed by the CCPA Group, in order to draw up technical and economic audits of livestock farms or specific assessment diagnostics, in terms of feed ration efficiency, for example. By identifying the points where technical and economic progress can be made, their clients achieve their production and profitability objectives.
A network of reference farms: validation of all Group innovations in the field
All solutions from the Group’s research and development are validated in actual farming conditions thanks to a network of reference farms in France and worldwide. The aim is to provide clients with products with a minimum return of 3 for 1.
The ultimate purposes of these trials are manifold: product development, validation of new products in local contexts and with different types of feed ration, practical product validation: palatability, ease of distribution, etc.
