Strengthening gender equality: an ongoing commitment

Since 2020, CCPA has been actively committed to improving gender equality within the company. Despite ongoing efforts, challenges remain, particularly in terms of equal pay and female representation in positions of responsibility. Find out more about the actions taken by CCPA to promote equality in the workplace and the outlook for the future.

Since 2020, CCPA has been implementing an ambitious action plan to improve its gender equality index. Howerer, 2023 did not produce the expected results, with an index for the France UES of 80/100, down from 84/100 the previous year. The main reason for this drop is the pay gap, which persists despite the measures taken to reduce it for equivalent positions.

One of the major challenges facing CCPA is the lack of female candidates for positions of responsibility. Although the number of women in engineering schools is increasing, the number of young women applying for management roles is still insufficient. Nevertheless, CCPA is proud to have 40% female managers in its teams.

Career development for both men and women remains a central pillar of CCPA's human resources policy. The company remains committed to strengthening professional equality and offering fair career development opportunities for all.
